To use, wash and thoroughly dry your nose before application, as the adhesive won't stick properly to wet, oily, or moisturised skin. Place the strip where your nostrils flare, pressing gently to secure. For removal, wash your face with warm water for ten seconds, then lift gently from each side. Each strip is single-use only - never reapply a used strip. Limit use to twelve hours per day, and discontinue if any skin irritation occurs.
