Returns and Refunds
At Sandman's Shop we are confident that the products you purchase from us are of a top quality and that you will be satisfied with it. Should you not be happy with it, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item, for a full refund.
We will credit your account with the full purchase price (minus shipping costs and restocking/recycling fee) when your product arrives back at our warehouse.
If a product is not returned to us within 14 days, we will not issue a refund.
Shipping charges are not-refundable
Should you receive a product that was incorrect or damaged, you need to report it to us within 24 hours of receiving it and share a photo of the product and shipping box or we will not be issuing a refund or replacement.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: international orders are not covered by the return policy. All products shipped internationally are therefore non returnable and non refundable.
All returns require an authorization number for processing.

Any promotional and sales items do not qualify for returns, refunds or exchanges. All Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are final

- Obtain an authorization number - this needs to be noted on your invoice. To get this number, please email us at thys@sandmansshop.com. Without an authorization number no refund will be issued. In your email, please state which product you would like to return
- Return the product within 14 days - this is within 14 days of the issuance of the return authorization number
- Mail all used/unused products with a copy of the invoice - please ensure the product is securely packed and that USPS or another courier service with tracking is used to ensure proper delivery

- Although we offer free shipping on orders over $50, this does not apply for returns. For returns we will deduct a shipping fee of $9.99

- A 15% restocking/recycling fee will be applied on all returns
